Hello and thank you for visiting my website!

My name is Chantel and I am the lady behind the lens at Chantel Lynn Photography. When I was little I wanted to be a ‘Doctor Lawyer Princess Ballerina’ – Yes, all one job. Which was, unfortunately, not the path my career took but I feel so lucky for that path that it did!

I’ve had a passion for photography for half my life and decided to pursue that passion going into college. After spending two years at Winona State, I transferred to Brown College, where I received my Bachelor Degree in Digital Photography.

While in school, I began doing freelance work and was asked to photograph a wedding. I had no intention of falling in love with shooting weddings, but I did. Being able to capture the love and happiness between two people is one of the best parts of my job. I love how wonderfully unique each love story is, and I’m always honored to spend the day capturing such beautiful moments.

The current focus of my business is wedding/engagement photography; though I also enjoy shooting boudoir, seniors, families, products, nature, landscape, and food.

What else? I’m addicted to the TV show Friends. I will rarely turn down a good cup of coffee or a deliciously hoppy craft beer. My happy place is the Minnesota State Fair. I love sunsets, kittens, puppies, hockey, football, ice cream, the color red, singing loud in the car, traveling to new places, and fresh cracked pepper.
